We cannot control what third parties do with such information, so please exercise appropriate caution and take reasonable care in sharing personal information with third parties.  FoodMarketplace.com prohibits the collection and storing of personal information about a Member, Consumer or Food Retailer or other user of the Website, and we require that any use of personal information about Members, Consumers or Food Retailers must comply with applicable United States privacy and anti-spam laws, as well as this Privacy Policy. If you become aware of an inappropriate use, please notify our Privacy Officer as set forth in Section 11 below.

8. Children

The Website is not intended for children under thirteen (13) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you have knowledge that a child under age 13 has submitted personal information to us, please contact our Privacy Officer as set forth in Section 11 below. If we learn or have reason to suspect that a site user is under age 13, we will promptly delete any personal information in that user’s account.

The Company intends only persons who are 18 years or older to use this website. Personal registration information submitted by a person under the age of 18 will not be accepted. You agree that the laws of the state of California without regard to conflicts of laws provisions will govern this privacy policy and any dispute that may arise between you and the Company or its affiliates and that venue of any action arising from or relating to this agreement shall be in Marin County, California,  except that where appropriate, disputes may instead be reported to the police or law enforcement agencies as may be determined in our sole discretion.
